Which of these sounds closest to right now?

Pick the one costing you the most.

Average monthly revenue over the last 3 months?

Roughly is fine.

If we both agree it’s a fit, are you willing and able to invest $15,000 within 7 days of our call to get this system installed and running?

We ask because $15,000 is the minimum investment to implement the system properly, and we only take on clients where we see a clear path to ROI so we don’t waste anyone’s time. Financing is available.

How soon do you want this solved?

If we’re a strong fit.

Thanks for your interest!

Based on your answers it looks like we may not be the best fit right now. This is a done-for-you build rather than a course, so it only makes sense once you’re ready to invest in it. Follow Sameem on Instagram for the free training in the meantime, and come back when the timing is right.

Before

Stuck in the $1,500 to $2,000 range and doing everything right. Her words: you cannot scale a lean business selling at that price point. The belief underneath it is the one most coaches carry — that the market decides what you are worth, and premium buyers are simply somebody else’s.

What We Did

We dialled in one premium message aimed at executives and business owners instead of anyone who would book, and built the funnel to bring that person in. She would go weeks taking nothing but fully qualified calls. Once the positioning matched the buyer, the price was defensible rather than hopeful.

Why It Matters For You

From there she sold a $22,000 six-month program, and a six-figure package to a leadership team — work she was invisible to at her old positioning, because she went after the team instead of the individual. If you have already tried raising your price and watched the objections pile up, the price was never the problem. The order was.

Before

Organic and word of mouth, which sounds great until you realise every single day starts with hustling for the next client. She was scared to death of raising prices, knew she was undercharging for elite results, and felt she was playing it safe by staying in organic.

What We Did

We built the premium avatar from what her best buyers actually said, raised the price, then built the paid-ads funnel to bring that person in. Instead of working harder she worked smarter, which meant less time and more money.

Why It Matters For You

Her ideal clients now book straight onto her calendar with no chasing, no convincing, no DMs. If your entire pipeline depends on you showing up to post, you do not own a system yet. You own a job.

Before

He had built past $1.2 million, then Meta and social shifted and took a quarter to half of his business revenue with them — a genuine revenue rollercoaster. He had already paid multiple mentors before this and described them plainly as really, really bad.

What We Did

We got hyper clear on the premium avatar — who the content needs to talk to, and who it needs to be targeted towards. Not a new platform, not more volume. The same business aimed at a buyer who could actually pay.

Why It Matters For You

In his words, there is a lot that goes into it that nobody is teaching. If your revenue swung hard when the algorithm changed, you do not have a system. You have a streak, and streaks end.

Before

He had run a business doing $80,000 to $95,000 a month almost entirely on organic Instagram, hit six figures twice, then watched it nose-dive. He spent tens of thousands testing ads and kept saying the same thing: the leads come in, the applications come in, the calls happen, and nothing closes. His words on a $30,000 mentor: he was useless.

What We Did

We worked on the premium avatar first, then the marketing and the branding around it. Not more spend, and not another platform. The machine was already running — it was pointed at a buyer who was never going to pay.

Why It Matters For You

His own line says it better than we can: the lead gen will come when you fix the marketing. If you are spending and the calls still do not close, more budget makes the problem bigger, not smaller.

Before

Plenty of coaches at this revenue are buried in calls, DMs and check-ins, and the business quietly becomes a job with worse hours. Growth usually means more of all three.

What We Did

The systems came first: who the marketing speaks to, what they pay, and what happens after they raise their hand — so the business runs without her sitting inside every step of it.

Why It Matters For You

She was in Europe for most of a month and worked about forty-five minutes a day. If scaling has so far meant more of your calendar rather than less of it, that is a marketing and systems problem, not an effort one.

Before

A good business she could not point at the right person. Her words: no matter what I did, I could not call in my ideal client. They would not close. Frustrated and stuck, with the ad account already running.

What We Did

The avatar came first, then the ads were rewritten to speak to that person instead of the demographic she had been targeting. Same offer, same operator, a different buyer walking in.

Why It Matters For You

Over $15,000 contracted on $2,600 of spend, inside two and a half weeks of the first round, in the first half of a month. Her line was that this was just the beginning. If your ads run and the wrong person books, the spend is not the problem.
